What do I need to bring with me?
Proof of Identification/Voter ID (all voters must bring one)
Wisconsin drivers license or ID card
U.S. Passport
Military ID card
WI Tribal ID card
Free Student Voter ID. You can print an ID from voterID.wisc.edu or get a printed copy from the WisCard office in Union South. ID Printers are also available at on-campus polling locations.
Your Wiscard is not a voter ID!
Proof of Residence (only if you need to register)
You can register to vote when you vote. All you need is a proof of residency document with your address on it! Common Proof of Residency documents include:
Lease
Utility Bill
Credit Card Statement
A “Voter Enrollment Verification Letter” found at go.wisc.edu/verify.
All documents can be shown on your phone
